Spanish cooking course

After this course, you will have a good knowledge how to cook Spanish food so that you can prepare for example pinchos and your Spanish guest can not tell difference between yours and those at home.
All the dishes are really simple, quick and easy to prepare in small spaces, such as a kitchen on a boat. All the ingredients in the recipes are widely available in large grocery stores and preserve well. You can also use the catch of the day!
Most of the dishes can be prepared dairy free, lactose free, low in lactose, gluten free or vegan if needed. Although the texture and taste will not be the same as from original recipe.
